Crew Assignment

Assign a named crew lead to each job so everyone knows who's responsible. Crew members can see their assigned jobs, address, gate codes, and special instructions before arriving on site — no phone calls needed.

GPS Clock-In / Clock-Out

Crew members clock in and out directly from the job page on their phone. ArbreCRM uses geo-fencing to verify they're within 200 metres of the job site address before allowing clock-in. Each clock-in is timestamped and recorded against the job — you have a complete time log for every job, useful for labor cost tracking and dispute resolution.

Route Planning

The built-in route planner takes all jobs for a selected day and clusters them by geographic proximity. Jobs within 15km of each other get grouped into an optimized route. For companies with 5–8 jobs per day, this can cut total drive time by 45–60 minutes — that's an extra job per day you could be doing instead of sitting in traffic.
